Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervises the day-to-day Finished Goods warehouse operation.
• Supervises periodic Physical Count and Reconciliation of Inventory Variance Report.
• Review processes and internal controls currently in placed and recommend improvements whenever necessary.
• Ensures implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets and maximize warehouse productivity.
• Implements Good Warehouse Keeping at the Warehouse.

1. Regularly review Logistics procedures, processes , internal controls and recommend sound and workable improvements, whenever necessary.
2. Ensure implementation of internal controls and prepare Incident Report for any exception noted.
3. Assists in the dispatching to Third-party Truckers and In-house delivery fleets by counting and checking of the number of boxes versus Cargo Acceptance Report (CAR) during issuances
4. Checks Invoices and its numbers versus CAR/Chic on Wheel (COW) Riders scheduled for delivery.
5. Validates invoices returned by Truckers, In-house Vehicle Drivers and COW Riders. Prepares Delivery Exception Reports, when necessary.
6. Checks and controls CAR and follow up unreturned delivery documents (SI/DR) from Third-party Truckers.
7. Validates and checks Bad Order (BO) returned by Trucker and In-house delivery crew.
8. Prepares Summary for all received BO from Forwarders/Riders and forwards to BO Sales Team or BO Warehouseman for actual counting.
9. Counts and checks correctness of incoming Finished Goods from Production or from Suppliers.
10. Provides actual count and supervises the reconciliation of Inventory Variances.
11. Forwards copy of CAR together with copies of the acknowledged SI/DR to Logistics Admin Assistant for submission to Accounting Department and Sales Team.
12. Initiate corrective and preventive actions stated in IQA CAPA or QC Audit.
13. Ensures proper accounting and filing of all Warehouse's documents.
14. Other tasks that maybe assigned by the Management.

1. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
2. Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint)
3. A multi-tasker with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different levels in the organization.
4. Flexible, Organized and keen to details.
5. With knowledge in Netsuite, SAP or equivalent Inventory Management System.
6. Driving skill is an advantage.
