Job Description:

• Supervise and manage teams composed of Junior and Senior Managers within the Production Division.
• Lead budget planning, cost monitoring, and resource allocation for the Production Division.
• Plan, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and systems.
• Evaluate production strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals, budget, and available resources.
• Analyze and implement process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams across all management levels to meet production targets and organizational objectives.
• Resolve high-level operational issues and coordinate with other divisions for escalated concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven management experience in production operations, preferably in both Japan and other international settings.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 13485, 9001, and 14001 standards.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Proven leader with strong decision-making, critical thinking, and balanced technical, human, and organizational skills.
