- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data product managers, ensuring their professional development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, track progress, and conduct performance reviews.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products.
- Experience in data product management or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management position.
- Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies, including agile development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
