Job Description

• Familiarize and be able to create package tours and presentation for corporate incentive tours and operations that include Outbound and Inbound tours.
• Organize/Plan Meeting, Events, and Conference (online/actual) for clientele.
• Periodically visit customer’s office and do sales call, meet with the Japanese Person in charge to present a map out travel solution if needed.
• Organize requested travel from beginning to end, through coordination with other departments in booking tickets, contacting suppliers for accommodation, securing rental transportation, make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• Assist Japanese clients in their travel needs. Supply clients with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, itinerary, event programs etc.
• Do Tour Escorting, assist and serves customers with sense of responsibility for their utmost satisfaction.
• Report sales results on a timely manner thru required reporting process.

• Professional skills with above average written and verbal communication
• Japanese Language Proficient and competent to speak English.
• Confident enough to communicate with clients.
• With 3- 5 years of experience in Tourism Industry
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365
• With good customer service skills and strong work ethics
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks in a diverse working group.
