A Human Resource Officer will foster the growth of the team by providing new hires and regulars with sufficient orientation and training. He/she will be in charge of managing the employee database, assisting the payroll processing and attending cases related to human resources.

Employee Relations & Performance Management
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and administering disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.
  • Develop and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans to drive accountability and excellence.
  • Foster a transparent, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to organizational planning and change management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization.
Communication & Representation
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, effectively communicating company announcements, policy changes, and organizational updates.
  • Represent the HR function in leadership meetings, contributing insights and advocating for employee needs and organizational health.
  • Facilitate the entire hiring screening and hiring process all the way to the onboarding of a new team member.
  • Facilitate the resignation or termination process of a new teammate.
  • Facilitate the orientation and training of new team members.
  • Strategize and create new training or workshop modules for the team.
  • Manage, update and maintain the human resource database.
  • Update and maintain team member benefits, status and similar records.
  • Assist with Payroll processing.
  • Attend cases related to human resources.
  • Serve disciplinary action to team members who fail to abide by company rules and requirements.
  • Represent the management well in announcements and meetings with the team.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including workforce planning, job description development, sourcing, interviewing, and selection to attract top talent aligned with organizational needs.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated, equipped, and engaged from day one, minimizing ramp-up time and maximizing retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and develop succession plans.
Employee Development & Training
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives and mentorship programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs to evolving organizational priorities.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage and maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing coordination, benefits administration, and employee status updates in partnership with finance and external vendors.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies, proactively updating policies as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of experience in HR or administrative work

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledgeable with HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll support, and benefits administration).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
