HR Officer
The position will provide assistance in the overall management of human resource functions across various areas of Recruitment, Selection and Hiring, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping and Attendance, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Development and Training, and Organizational Development.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management/ Psychology or equivalent
l Preferably Supervisory/Officer specializing in Human Resources & Administration Support or equivalent
l At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field
l Exposed in all facets of Human Resources
l Knowledge in latest labor laws
l Responsible, systematic and efficiency
l Excellent communication and presentations skills
l Knowledge in the formulation of Corporate policies, procedures and standards
l People-oriented, results-oriented, high level of integrity, team player, strong attention to details, and high sense of urgency
l Tech-savvy
