Senior Marketing Associate

Remedy is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and brand growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional ready to take on a more strategic, cross-channel scope — combining creative storytelling, performance marketing, and channel development.
You will take ownership of full-funnel campaigns, grow new marketing channels, and help shape how Remedy reaches and converts its future customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Development- Design and implement performance and brand marketing campaigns that align with business growth goals
- Lead execution across key digital channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and YouTube Shorts
- Identify and scale new top-of-funnel opportunities outside of Instagram
- Collaborate with leadership and Media Lead on channel-specific strategies and testing frameworks
- Partner with R&D and Clinics teams to ensure that marketing needs (e.g., B&A content) are integrated into content production pipelines
- Own end-to-end management of key acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google GDN, and emerging platforms
- Spearhead development of Remedy’s email marketing strategy, including campaign planning, customer journeys, and retention strategies
- Continually test and refine paid and organic tactics for improved performance and ROI
- Work with the Creatives Team to ensure content meets both aesthetic and conversion goals
- Lead monthly and quarterly planning for content calendars, aligning brand storytelling with commercial objectives
- Ensure execution of content that resonates with diverse customer personas across platforms
- Regularly review and optimize creatives, messaging, and customer journeys across campaigns
- Balance promotional and educational content to support both performance and brand equity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Creative, Clinic Ops) to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business priorities
- Guide and mentor junior marketing team members in campaign execution, creative ideation, and reporting
- Report regularly on performance trends and provide recommendations for growth
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives stay aligned with Remedy’s brand identity and customer experience goals
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or performance marketing
- Proven success in building and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or similar)
- Strong creative sensibility paired with analytical acumen
- Experience managing content calendars and working closely with creatives
- Effective communicator and proactive collaborator across departments
- Organized, strategic, and agile in a fast-moving environment
- Passionate about the beauty, skin health, or wellness industry
