Marketing Operations Specialist (Full Time || Night Shift || Onsite)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a high-level Marketing Operations Specialist (Multimedia) who can take a structured marketing plan and execute it independently across email, web, social, and YouTube. This is an execution-heavy, systems-building role designed for a proactive problem solver.
Your primary mission is to manage content repurposing, oversee podcast and course video production, build graphics, and maintain our CRM/automation systems. By handling the heavy lifting of production and operations, you will free up the executive team to focus on growth and coaching.We need someone who learns tools at lightning speed and thrives on creating repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without needing ongoing hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities- Content Repurposing & Distribution: Adapt and schedule core content across email, web, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), and YouTube.
- Video & Audio Production: Handle end-to-end podcast editing, uploading, and course video management.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing assets and graphics to support all marketing channels.
- CRM & Automation Management: Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot CRM workflows and automations (primarily HubSpot and Zapier).
- Systemization: Build and maintain clear, step-by-step SOPs within Asana to ensure all processes are repeatable and scalable.
- Technical Operations: Support event setups, manage tech troubleshooting, and oversee platform integrations.

To excel in this role, you must be comfortable utilizing (or quickly mastering) the following stack:
- Project Management (Non-Negotiable): Asana (Our central hub; you must adapt to our existing setup)
- CRM & Automation: HubSpot, Zapier, ConvertKit, Dripify
- Content & Video Production: Riverside.fm, YouTube, Canva, Gamma AI, Granola AI
- Community & Web: Circle, Lovable
- Operations & Operations: Google Suite, Calendly, Zoom, Stripe, Bitwarden
- Productivity Tracking: Time Doctor
Qualifications
Non-Negotiable (Core Requirements):
- Experience: 3+ years of verified experience operating at an "Operator-level" standard.
- Multimedia Skills: Proven capability in video/podcast editing and graphic creation.
- Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience managing CRMs and building marketing automations.
- Tool Adaptability: Absolute comfort utilizing Asana as the primary source of truth for project management.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
- Prior experience managing course or curriculum delivery platforms.
- A proven track record of designing content repurposing workflows across multiple digital channels.
- Advanced tech troubleshooting skills (the ability to figure out why a tool isn't talking to another tool).
- Experience building operational SOPs from scratch.
