As a Quality Control Analyst at Vienovo Philippines Inc., you will be at the forefront of ensuring product excellence and food safety across our diverse feed products for swine, poultry, gamefowl, and pets. Key Responsibilities- Conduct timely and accurate physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of raw materials and finished goods, including moisture, Near-Infrared (NIR), and mycotoxin tests, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Implement and adhere strictly to the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for sampling, labeling, and analysis of all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products.
- Coordinate the timely submission of samples to external laboratories and diligently monitor the reception and encoding of test results into online monitoring systems.
- Identify, investigate, and promptly report any off-standard or out-of-specification results to the Quality Supervisor, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and process disposition slips for non-conforming products, ensuring proper documentation and approval from the Quality Supervisor/Manager.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all analyses, calibrations, and quality control data, contributing to a robust quality management system.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment in optimal condition, troubleshooting minor issues and ensuring instrument reliability.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Formulation and Quality department, contributing to process optimization and innovation.
