SITE CIVIL ENGINEER - QA/QC

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that all construction activities for both vertical and horizontal projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on implementing quality assurance systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance throughout all project phases.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Civil Tech or related
• With at least 2–5 years of experience in construction, preferably in QA/QC functions
• Experience in both vertical (buildings) and horizontal (roads, land development) projects is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and ISO systems
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications
• Familiar with material testing procedures and quality documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Willing to be assigned on-site
