Lead sales operations and distributor management to achieve volume, revenue, distribution, and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Drive brand growth, distribution expansion, and market penetration across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute territory coverage, route-to-market, and sales growth strategies.
- Manage distributor performance, profitability, and business development initiatives.
- Conduct regular Distributor Business Reviews and Area Operational Checkpoints to monitor performance and implement recovery plans.
- Lead trade checks and market visits to ensure effective execution of sales programs, channel strategies, and merchandising initiatives.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, and other support functions to ensure operational excellence and service levels.
- Monitor distributor inventory, deliveries, claims, and account reconciliations.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend initiatives to improve sales, distribution, and profitability.
- Coach, train, and provide guidance to Distributor Managers and sales teams.
- Analyze territory performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Sales and Distribution, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Strong background in distributor management, territory management, and sales operations.
- Proven track record in achieving sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of General Trade channels, including supermarkets, groceries, and sari-sari stores.
- Proficient in sales reporting, business reviews, and performance analysis.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
