About the Role
We are looking for a PeopleSoft Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) systems.You will handle both manual and automated testing, utilizing tools such as the PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF), and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, mission-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Test Design and Execution- Analyze functional and technical requirements to develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Design, develop, and execute reusable automated test cases using PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF)
- Perform System, Regression, Performance, Interface, and Security testing
- Investigate and document test failures, ensuring proper tracking and resolution of defects
- Update test scripts and documentation based on changes in requirements
- Prepare and manage test data for various testing cycles
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and project presentations with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to and update testing sections of functional and technical documentation
- Support the QA team and perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of software testing experience, preferably within ERP environments
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM (9.1+) and PeopleTools Test Framework (8.54+)
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA testing methodologies
- Experience in Black Box testing, both manual and automated
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
