Duties and Responsibilities:
- Records all collections and maintains a systematic weekly and monthly collection summary of the mentioned companies.
- Regularly maintains Account Receivables month-end reports. Attaching of Official Receipts and Sales Invoices for month-end report preparation.
- Ensures that all accounts for collection are properly assigned to motorized collectors.
- Monitor the issuance and usage of Official Receipts.
- Maintains and monitors Post-Dated-Checks issued by clients.
- Prepares monthly Journal Entry.
- Ensures that all check collections and online payments are all accounted for on a daily basis.
- Petty Cash Fund Custodian.
- Provides assistance to queries and requests.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior.
Key Competencies and Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accountancy, Accounting Tech, Management Accounting, or any related course.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in billing and collection or general accounting roles.
- Understanding of a computerized accounting system.
