• Install and set up equipment at customer sites according to specifications and safety standards
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting during and after installation
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to interpret installation blueprints and documentation
• Train clients or end-users on the proper use and maintenance of installed equipment
• Maintain accurate installation records and reports
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Perform routine maintenance and provide technical support as needed
• Travel to client locations as required (may include overnight stays or extended assignments)

• High School diploma
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and/or networking (depending on equipment type)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment (as needed)
