I. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs on-site troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of equipment.
- Identifies and repairs product failures and coordinates the ordering of replacement parts as needed.
- Provides on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training.
- Conducts routine maintenance and assists in the planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance activities.
- Responds promptly and professionally to field service calls and customer concerns.
- Completes and submits required reports, service documentation, and other paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and support.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance product support strategies and service effectiveness.
- Supports management initiatives aimed at improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Provides application solutions and conducts in-house testing to support customer requirements.
- Delivers technical support and manages customer requirements to ensure effective solutions.
- Coaches and supports R&D engineers and ensures efficient execution of application-related work.
- Actively participates in company programs, activities, and initiatives.
- Assumes additional project responsibilities and performs other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physical Sciences.
- Willing to be employed under a five (5)-month contractual employment arrangement.
- Demonstrates experience in the service, maintenance, and repair of electronics and semiconductor equipment.
- Maintains working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
