Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment processes and support the continued growth of our organization. This role is ideal for someone with a solid recruitment background who can thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and departments simultaneously, including high-volume positions, while staying organized and consistently on pace
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, leveraging AI tools and innovative platforms
Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates on qualifications, cultural alignment, and core competencies
Partner closely with department heads to define hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles
Serve as an account manager, maintaining consistent and professional communication with clients to ensure their requirements are fully understood and met
Operate effectively in a high-volume recruitment environment, keeping hiring timelines efficient and on track
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage
Analyze recruitment data to surface opportunities to optimize processes and drive greater efficiency
Stay current on recruitment trends and AI-powered tools, applying new knowledge to continuously refine outcomes
Mentor and develop junior recruiters, contributing to the broader growth of the team
Facilitate regular meetings with clients and candidates, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships throughout

Requirements:

Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
Active remote work experience beyond the COVID period — required
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
Sharp interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with shifting priorities
Availability to work late hours or weekends when the role demands — required
Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and the ability to apply them to streamline hiring
A natural people person with genuine interpersonal warmth and presence
Strong communication skills with direct client-facing account management experience
Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Strong problem-solving instincts with a clear, results-driven focus

Bonus: Prior experience within a recruitment firm or VA agency environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting virtual assistants or remote workers
Familiarity with recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork, and online job boards
