Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to stop the scroll? IU English Academy (CFS Education Group) is looking for a dynamic Social Media Staff member to join our team in Cebu City. We need someone who can blend technical video editing skills with catchy copywriting to elevate our brand presence across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Multimedia Production: End-to-end creation of high-quality short-form content, including planning, filming, and editing Reels, TikToks, and photos.
- Creative Copywriting: Crafting catchy, on-brand captions and headlines tailored to the specific "vibe" and audience of each platform.
- Platform Management: Managing daily postings and ensuring all content aligns with the academy's branding and goals.
- Strategy Implementation: Utilizing basic SEO and hashtag strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Education, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level use of mobile editing apps like CapCut and graphic design tools like Canva.
- AI Savvy: Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to assist in content brainstorming and caption writing.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and hashtag strategies.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates with a strong portfolio; prior experience in social media management is a plus.
