Job Title: Social Media & Recruitment Specialist

Location: Cebu (Onsite in Mabolo)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and actively sourcing candidates for BPO roles. This role combines digital marketing and recruitment to attract and engage quality applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage daily activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and execute a content calendar with regular postings
  • Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses
  • Grow followers and improve engagement organically
  • Content Creation
  • Design job ads, posters, and hiring creatives using Canva
  • Create engaging captions and recruitment-focused content
  • Produce short-form videos/reels (preferred but optional depending on role level)
  • Maintain consistent branding across all content
  • Recruitment & Sourcing
  • Source candidates from Facebook groups, online communities, and social platforms
  • Actively engage in BPO-related Facebook groups to attract applicants
  • Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen basic applicant qualifications before endorsement
  • Campaign & Performance Tracking
  • Track performance of posts, ads, and sourcing channels
  • Optimize content based on engagement and applicant conversion
  • Suggest improvements for better reach and hiring results
  • Employer Branding
  • Help build and promote the company’s employer brand online
  • Share employee stories, testimonials, and workplace culture content
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with recruitment goals
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Running paid social media campaigns (if needed)
  • Coordinate with recruiters to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain an organized database of sourced candidates
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, or online hiring campaigns
  • Stay updated with trends in social media and BPO hiring
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in social media management and/or recruitment sourcing
  • Familiarity with Canva and content creation tools
  • Strong understanding of Facebook groups and online engagement strategies
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in BPO recruitment is a strong advantage
