Coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect all outgoing dishes for correct presentation, temperature, and completeness.
- Communicate order status between the kitchen team and FOH servers.
- Ensure food is delivered to the correct table promptly.
- Maintain an organized pass area and keep it clean during service.
- Assist servers and kitchen staff during high-volume service periods.
- Relay special requests, modifications, or allergy alerts between FOH and BOH.
- Support the kitchen and FOH team with any tasks needed during service.
- Assist in clearing plates and supporting table turnover as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends as required.
