Hiring: Sales Agents (English)

We are looking for highly driven and committed individuals to join our team as Sales Agents. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to maximize revenue and engagement for our clients.

The RoleYour mission is to actively engage with customers. This is achieved through consistent engagement, strategic content sales, and strong relationship building.

Who You Are:We are looking for individuals who align with the following profile:

Must-Have Competencies:

Sales and negotiation skills to maximize conversions and revenue.
Strong empathy and communication to build meaningful connections + creative messaging to keep conversations engaging and customers invested.
Language fluency in English at a C1 level.
High typing speed for rapid and engaging responses.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Basic proficiency with customer service tools and platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
Time management skills to prioritize high-value conversations.
Understanding of Western culture to effectively connect with target audiences.

Commitment:
