Elevate Partners is a recruitment agency helping small and mid-sized medical practices across the U.S. hire top healthcare talent. We’re expanding our outreach and are looking for a skilled, persuasive, and driven Sales Closer to take qualified leads from warm to won.This role is ideal for someone who can connect quickly over the phone, build trust fast, and move decision-makers to action. You’ll speak with doctors, clinic owners, and administrators—turning recruitment interest into signed service agreements.What You’ll Do:

Close Warm Leads: Follow up with inbound and pre-qualified leads who’ve expressed interest in our recruitment services.Conduct Discovery Calls: Ask the right questions to understand clinic needs, pain points, and hiring goals.Pitch Our Service: Clearly communicate the value of our recruitment solutions, explain our process, and overcome objections.Manage CRM Pipelines: Track all conversations, stages, and outcomes in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Close, or GoHighLevel).Follow-Up: Send follow-up emails, schedule check-ins, and keep prospects engaged until the deal closes.Support Proposals & Contracts: Collaborate with our recruitment leads to customize service offers and send proposals.Meet & Exceed Targets: Hit monthly closing quotas while maintaining strong rapport and integrity.

Top Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

Sales Closing Expertise – Proven experience in closing warm leads over the phone, especially in service-based industries.Clear Verbal Communication – Professional, fluent spoken English with a confident and friendly tone.Persuasion & Objection Handling – Skilled in addressing hesitations and guiding prospects toward a decision.CRM Proficiency – Comfortable using sales tracking software to manage pipelines, update lead statuses, and set tasks.Self-Motivation – Able to manage your own schedule, follow up diligently, and stay focused on results without constant supervision.Healthcare or B2B Experience (a plus) – Bonus points if you’ve worked with clinics, medical services, or U.S. small businesses.

What Success Looks Like:

You consistently close 10–15 new recruitment clients per month from qualified leads.You build trust quickly and can confidently lead 15–20 minute sales calls.You maintain organized records and never let a hot lead go cold.You contribute directly to our growth and revenue.
