Clinic Product Representative (Prima Focus) | Maxicare Mahi Center, Lapu-Lapu

Daily Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries regarding Prima's products and services.
• Process payments for Prima packages accurately and efficiently.
• Endorse Prima members to the CCR queue
• Prepare, compile, and submit product-related reports.
• Conduct post-procedure follow-ups with patients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Provide administrative support and assist with promotional activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year program.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or clinic operations is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficient in using computers and standard office software.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
