Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a creative, research-driven, and proactive Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will primarily focus on social media management, content creation, and discovering innovative marketing strategies to grow our brand presence.
You will work closely with the team in brainstorming and implementing modern marketing ideas, making this an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who enjoys Research & Development (R&D), trend analysis, and staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Content & Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting and community engagement across social media platforms
- Create professional graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Perform basic video editing and short-form content creation for digital and social media platforms
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
- Campaign Experimentation & Reporting
- Conduct A/B testing on content, captions, headlines, and ad creatives
- Monitor campaign and social media performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach
- Optimize content strategies based on performance data
- Research & Development (R&D)
- Research modern marketing strategies, tools, and emerging trends
- Stay updated on trends within the Hospitality and Leadership industries
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative concepts during strategy sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Canva
- Basic video editing and short-form content creation skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Research-driven and naturally curious about new marketing trends
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and open to sharing ideas with the team
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, or Email Marketing
- Experience managing personal or school-related social media projects
