Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist – Compensation and Benefits to manage payroll administration, employee benefits, and government statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll systems, compensation and benefits processing, and government-mandated contributions.

This role ensures accurate payroll processing and timely administration of employee benefits while maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and administer payroll accurately and on schedule using payroll systems.
  • Ensure timely remittance and reporting of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including enrollments, updates, and claims.
  • Maintain payroll and employee records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Prepare payroll reports, compensation analyses, and government compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with government agencies regarding employee benefits and compliance matters.
  • Support HR projects and other compensation and benefits initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Experience using payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
