As we grow, our marketing needs are scaling, and we are building a content engine that reflects the same precision and creativity as our projects.We’re seeking a Social Media Operations Coordinator — a highly organized, detail-driven professional who can own the systems, data, and workflows that power our social media presence.This isn’t just about posting—it’s about creating a scalable, process-driven content pipeline that keeps our brand consistent, accurate, and impactful across platforms. We are looking for someone who can work from Monday to Friday, Texas time.What You’ll Do
Manage the full content workflowMaintain and update our master database (Airtable/Google Sheets) with shoots, assets, products, vendor handles, and usage rights.Intake new photo shoots: organize files, rename, apply tags (room, style, finish), and log metadata.Draft captions using our brand voice and apply curated hashtag sets.Coordinate with leadership for approvals and ensure posts are scheduled on time.Track and log performance metrics weekly; flag top-performing content for reposts or ad use.Maintain strict file naming, rights policies, and vendor co-marketing data.Keep workflows, SOPs, and process documentation updated as the team grows.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in social media coordination, content operations, or marketing support (construction, design, or creative industries preferred).Detail-driven organizer who loves structure, systems, and accuracy.Strong English copywriting skills for captions, metadata, and reporting.Experience with Airtable/Google Sheets, Google Drive, Asana/Trello, and Later/Buffer.Comfortable working independently, but great at coordinating across teams.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.Growth mindset: excited to improve workflows, scale systems, and document processes.Bonus: basic Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom skills.
