What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing compelling social media content strategies
- Monitoring and analysing social media performance, identifying trends and insights to optimise future content
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, creative and PR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to recommend platform-specific strategies
- Handling community management, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a social media specialist or digital marketing role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms and best practices
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Canva or Sprout Social
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and derive insights
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field
