Logistics Assistant

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material management, logistics processes, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies.
• Maintain and update inventory trackers to reflect current stock levels and predict future needs.
• Organize and manage the storage of supplies to maximize space and ensure easy access.
• Oversee the release of items, ensuring all details, including quantities and destinations, are accurate and documented.
• Assist in coordinating the logistics process, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of material needs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in forecasting material requirements based on historical data and upcoming demands.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory status and supply chain performance

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelors Degree
• Proven background in material management, logistics, inventory control, or a related field.
• With driver's license (4-wheels)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
