We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Custodian to oversee the safekeeping, inventory, and proper documentation of all hospital property and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the use, movement, and condition of assets to ensure accurate records and efficient asset management.

Requirements:

• Receive, label, record, and secure hospital property, tools, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain and update inventory records and property databases
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and audits
• Monitor the movement and usage of equipment and supplies within departments
• Coordinate with departments regarding asset transfers, issuance, and returns
• Report damages, losses, or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ensure proper storage, safekeeping, and cleanliness of the property area
• Assist in the disposal or condemnation process for unserviceable items
• Generate and submit periodic inventory reports to management

Qualifications/Requirements

• With at least 1–2 years of experience in inventory or property management (hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage)
• Familiarity with inventory systems, asset tagging, and documentation processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping skills
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to lift or move equipment as needed
