Compensation and Benefits Specialist I

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding benefits.
• Assist in communicating benefit information to employees, conduct enrollment periods, and
• resolve benefit-related Issues.

Assist in monitoring the company initiated benefits (meal subsidy, perfect attendance, burial

• Manage relationships with benefit providers and vendors.
• Support the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
• Assist with on-boarding new employees and managing their compensation and benefits
• information.
• Provide support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data.

Responsible in processing timely and accurately the following:

• Payroll, Yearly Alphalist

Assist in checking and validation of the following:

• Direct and agencies payroll, billing and yearly 13th month pay

Checking of government mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, Phil Health

Coordinates with Finance regarding BIR concerns (payroll purposes)

Responsible in computation and processing of alpha list and Tax refund .

Responsible in monitoring leave credits and balances

• Stay current on changes in labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure that the company's compensation and benefits programs are compliant with all applicable
• Laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports and analyses on compensation and benefits data.

Perform other functional duties that may assigned as necessary
