About the Role:
We are looking for professionals with customer service and documentation experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify borrower documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Make borrower/partner calls to clarify missing or incorrect information.
- Ensure compliance with US mortgage industry guidelines.
- Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to move loans forward.
- Maintain accurate and organized loan files to support approvals.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, loan processing, or financial documentation
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on a US shift schedule.
