Associate Director for Corporate Communications New

This role leads internal and external communications initiatives, manages media relations, and provides communications counsel to senior leadership. This role has an onsite work requirement in Taguig and will be reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with business goals
• Create messaging frameworks that support corporate positioning, brand reputation, and organizational prioritie
• Advise senior leaders on communication approaches for key initiatives and issue
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencer
• Lead the development of press releases, media statements, talking points, and executive briefing material
• Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press event
• Draft speeches, presentations, op-eds, leadership messages, and executive correspondence
• Support executive visibility programs across media, industry events, and digital channels.
• Ensure consistency of executive messaging across audiences and platforms.
• Develop communication plans that engage employees and support organizational change initiatives.
• Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet content, and town halls.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Monitor reputational risks and emerging issues.
• Support crisis communications planning and response efforts.
• Develop communication materials for sensitive or high-profile situations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate communication
• Demonstrated experience in media relations, executive communications, and crisis communication
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
