As a full-time, on-site customer service professional in Cebu Central Visayas, you will be the friendly voice that provides exceptional support to our valued clients in the travel and hospitality industry.

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and policies
• Handling customer complaints and disputes effectively and in accordance with company procedures
• Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open issues
• Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service processes

• With 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude, with a genuine passion for helping customers
