- Supports key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, performance management, benefits administration, training, and compliance.
- HRIS and Reporting and other HR related tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience across various HR functions, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in ISO-certified or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications.
