Regulatory Affairs Officer
About the role
As a Regulatory Affairs Officer at DKT HEALTH, INC.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical and medical device regulations in the Bagumbayan Quezon City Metro Manila area. This full-time position is responsible for liaising with regulatory bodies, preparing and submitting required documentation, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards and guidelines.
What you'll be doing- Monitoring and interpreting changes in pharmaceutical and medical device regulations, both locally and globally
- Preparing and filing applications for product registrations, renewals, and variations with the appropriate regulatory authorities
- Coordinating the submission of required documentation, including clinical data, safety reports, and quality control records
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate regulatory compliance
- Providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams on regulatory matters
- Staying informed of industry trends and best practices to proactively identify and address potential regulatory risks
- A graduate of BS Pharmacy with a professional license
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a regulatory affairs role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international pharmaceutical and medical device regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with regulatory submission software and databases
- Adaptability and a willingness to stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements
