Provides Level 1 support to Applications, Software, Hardware and Services supplied by the IT Division. Handles technical concerns received, repairs IT-related hardware, performs routines and system maintenance tasks, monitors network security and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, among other duties and responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements- Completed a bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
- Ability to deal with pressure and difficult task or activities.
