Job Description:

Handles the following functions related to accounting and monitoring of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR)
Assistance to National Sales in the reconciliation, analysis and adjustment of TAR and related transactions of customers’ accounts
TAR monitoring of military accounts and all related requests; RMC fund monitoring; update and monitoring of Delivery Advice
Posting of SOA adjustments, posting of payment, transfer of mispostings
ADA monitoring, coordination and all related requests
Posting of month-end accruals
Intercompany reconciliation
Booking, monitoring and reporting of withholding tax; OVAT reporting
Uploading from Fleet CCMS to SAP and reconciliation
Illegitimate Interest reversal; Write-on/write-off; Billing document cancellation
UAC monitoring, refund and all related request
Cash bond monitoring and refund
Performs other relevant duties that may be assigned
