AISAT College of Dasmariñas is looking for a teacher responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students at all levels. Their duties include assigning homework, grading tests, and documenting progress. Teachers must be able to instruct in various subjects and reach students with engaging lesson plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide course materials and instructional plans in the field of Accountancy.
- Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
- Provide a holistic classroom management approach to assigned courses, both for classroom or online setting.
- · Conduct assessments of student learning and provide timely feedback to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
- Recommend partnerships and linkages for the program.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career issues.
- Coordinate and assist student in deploying in their respective practicum partners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
Qualification:
- Master's / Doctorate Degree and/or CPA Ideally with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a great passion for teaching and mentoring students and staying committed to deliver quality learnings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve student learning outcomes.
