Customer Service Representative -Davao Site
As a Customer Support representative at our Davao site, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with different departments to deliver timely solutions and create positive experiences that build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and identifying the best solutions.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Provide product information, support, and troubleshooting assistance.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experience.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
