Duties and Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Improvement
  • Analyze current operational workflows across branches and delivery teams.
  • Conduct regular immersions in branches and other departments to observe actual operations, identify pain points, and gather insights
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies.
Project Management
  • Support or lead projects aimed at operational improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, HR, and Customer Service.
Training and Documentation
  • Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
  • Support in training or workshops to ensure process compliance and awareness.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that all branches and messengers adhere to company policies and SOPs.

Assist in conducting process audits and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in operations, process improvement, or data analysis (experience in courier/logistics is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies (certification is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for branch immersions, field observations, and training
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with courier operations, logistics networks, or process documentation
  • Ability to conduct time and motion study to measure productivity and recommend workload balancing, manpower optimization, and process redesign
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
