Quality Assurance Associate - Spanish Bilingual | Onsite | Graveyard

About the role

This is a full-time, onsite position with a graveyard work schedule.

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to identify areas for improvement
• Provide constructive feedback to customer service representatives to enhance their performance
• Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement effective training programs
• Analyse call recordings and data to generate insightful reports and recommendations
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices to drive continuous improvement

• 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of quality assurance tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
