Sales Executive

Working closely with clients, to identify needs, answer inquiries about the services, and recommend possible solutions and offers.
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date with the service features, and the ability to provide options.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Team up with other departments to ensure proper customer service.
  • Provide ideas and strategies on ways to improve sales.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.
  • Live the corporate values and keenly observe all policies and procedures of the company.
  • Accept and perform such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Business Management or other related courses.
  • Must have a Driver’s License (know how to drive 4 wheels automatic and manual transmission).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Great communication skills and customer service.
  • With ability to familiarize inventory procedures and different information connected to the services and products.
  • Goal-driven.
  • Open for travels or field work.
