About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing off-grid retail business in Siargao. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills, and is organized enough to support daily store operations.
You will be the face of our store, assisting walk-in customers, responding to online inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through social media, messaging apps, email, and phone.
- Explain product features and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions and prepare customer orders.
- Coordinate order pickups, deliveries, and logistics with customers and partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock receiving, organization, and regular inventory counts.
- Help prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Support other day-to-day retail operations as needed.
- Relevant sales experience in industries from retail (electronics/photography/outdoor/lifestyle products) , customer service, hospitality, or tourism
- Fresh graduates with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
- Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
- Comfortable explaining products and recommending solutions
- Responsive to online customer inquiries
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficient in English and Filipino; additional languages are a plus
- Willing to relocate or be assigned in Siargao Island
