Showroom Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Help customers select mattresses and bedding products that best suit their needs
• Process transactions and manage the cash register
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain tidy, well-stocked showroom displays
• Provide clear information on store policies and confidently address customer inquiries or concerns
• Reconcile transactions, track orders until delivery, and assist with inventory and stock replenishment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related course
• At least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in retail (furniture or related industry preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and results-driven
• Willing to start ASAP
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
• Basic MS Office skills (for sales reports)
