Production Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a food manufacturing facility. The role ensures efficient production processes, compliance with food safety standards, and consistent product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations in the food manufacturing line
• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved
• Implement and monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards
• Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards
• Lead, train, and manage production staff
• Coordinate with QA, warehouse, and maintenance teams
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance
• Prepare production reports and documentation

Qualifications:

• Female, preferably with experience in food manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or any related course
• At least 2–3 years experience as a Production Supervisor in a food industry
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
