Assistant Production Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• FITRITE, INC. is seeking a driven and organized Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role supports the company in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently involved in coordinating team activities.

• Assist the Production Supervisor in planning, organizing, and monitoring the production workflow to meet deadlines and targets.
• Support the production supervisor in the performance and development of the team.
• Oversees the timely completion of product requirements, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards; ensures material wastage and variances are at an acceptable level.
• Review and ensure the adequacy and accuracy of production records to establish traceability for each product.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies.

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a team lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
