• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including leadership roles, solution design, and API integrations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear business solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Lead development for ServiceNow as the primary service desk platform
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.)
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
• Develop and support ServiceNow APIs and third-party integrations
• Configure forms, dashboards, reports, and service catalogs
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance concerns
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve business operations through information systems
• Maintain system documentation and follow development best practices
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and testing activities
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance within the platform
• Maintain strong understanding of networking, operating systems, hardware, and security fundamentals
• Perform system audits for security and stability, and implement corrective actions
• Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned
• Provide day-to-day customer support and training
