Facilities supervisor

1. Ovesees the day-to-day operations
2. Coordinate to clients point persons.
3. Evaluate personnel's performance.
4. Preparation of periodic reports
5. Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
6. Preparation of Maintenance Schedule.
7. Facilities Project handling
8. Preparation of Department budget
9. Other items related to the Facilities operation requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Graduate of an Engineering Course, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer or related course.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years with related work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• With the Construction Occupational Safety and Health Certificate
• Licenses (if applicable)
• PRC, LTO (driver's License)

Others:

• Must be willing to stay beyond working/shift hours until work is duly completed and accomplished
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and to meet strict timelines
• Good Writing and Communication Skills.
