Airline Booking Agent - Entry Level (Online Process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and other airline services.
• Provide reliable and accurate information regarding flight schedules, pricing, and travel policies.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
• Record and update customer interactions in internal systems with attention to detail.
• Maintain high service standards by meeting quality, productivity, and compliance targets.

Qualifications:

• Open to all applicants, including beginners, career shifters, and experienced professionals.
• At least High School or Senior High School graduate; college education is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle conversations professionally.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and willingness to learn new systems.
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules as required by operations.
