About the role
This full-time Service Crew position at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Pasay City, Metro Manila offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality and tourism team. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and presentable manner
- Ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked, and ready for the next customers
- Providing attentive and courteous service to customers throughout their dining experience
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Proficient in English and the local language (Tagalog)
