We are seeking dedicated Food Court Service Crew to join our team at FOODLINK RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT INC. in Metro Manila. As a key member of our food court operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient and seamless running of our food court.

What you'll be doing:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking customer orders and handling cash/card payments accurately

Preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and organized manner

Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area

Restocking and replenishing food and supplies as needed

Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems

Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
